Plan Your Studies Smarter, Not Harder
A well-structured study schedule is one of the most powerful tools you can have during exam season. Instead of jumping between subjects randomly, a visual weekly plan lets you allocate dedicated revision blocks, balance your workload, and protect time for rest — all of which are proven to improve retention.
This free study schedule maker lets you build a colour-coded timetable in minutes. Add every subject you need to revise, drag and drop blocks into the days that work for you, and adjust the number of daily periods to match your routine. Whether you're preparing for GCSEs, A-Levels, university finals or any other exam, the flexible grid adapts to your needs.
When you're happy with your plan, export it as a PDF to print and stick on your wall, or save it to your account to access from any device. No subscription, no sign-up required to get started — just open the tool and start planning.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a study schedule with this tool?
Add your subjects using the sidebar, select a subject to activate it, then click any empty slot in the weekly grid to place a study block. You can edit the slot to add notes or a location, adjust start times in the left column, and drag blocks to rearrange them.
Can I save my study plan and come back to it later?
Yes. Your plan is automatically saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between sessions. You can also create a free account to save up to 3 schedules to the cloud and access them from any device.
How many subjects and time slots can I add?
You can add as many subjects as you need in the sidebar. The grid supports 3–10 periods per day and optionally includes a Saturday column. Each period's start time is editable directly in the grid.
Can I print my study schedule?
Yes — use the Export PDF button in the toolbar. The timetable is formatted for A4/Letter paper with all controls hidden, so only your schedule appears on the printout.
