About Schedcraft

Schedcraft is an independent project built by a small team passionate about making scheduling simple, fast, and accessible to everyone — without lock-in, sign-up walls, or hidden costs.

We believe that building a work rota, a training calendar, or a study timetable should take minutes, not hours, and should never require installing software or handing over a credit card. Every tool on Schedcraft is free to use directly in your browser.

What we build

Schedcraft covers the full spectrum of everyday scheduling needs:

• Work & shift schedules — weekly rotas, shift plans, restaurant staff schedules, on-call rotations, and nursing timetables.
• Sports & league calendars — fixtures, tournament brackets, football, basketball and any team sport.
• Study & school timetables — class schedules, revision planners, and teacher timetables.
• Event schedules — conferences, workshops, community events.
• AI-assisted planning — describe your needs, get a draft schedule in seconds.

Our philosophy

Privacy matters. Every schedule you build stays in your browser using local storage — nothing is uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to create an account and save your work to the cloud. An account is entirely optional and only exists to let you access your saved schedules from multiple devices.

We use Umami for analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that collects no personal data and builds no advertising profiles. We do not sell data or run ad networks.
