Every schedule maker on Schedcraft is free to use, with no account and no time limit. Pro adds the things teams ask for once a schedule leaves their own screen.
For teams that share, export and reuse their schedules.
Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout, based on your country.

“Planned” marks features that are part of the Pro roadmap but are not built yet. Rows without that label already work and will switch on with your subscription.
Questions
Is Schedcraft really free?
Yes. Building, editing, printing and exporting a schedule to PDF or PNG is free, without an account. A free account adds cloud saving for up to three schedules and read-only share links. Pro is optional.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal in one click; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Your schedules are never deleted.
What happens to my schedules if I cancel?
They stay in your account. Above the free limit of three cloud-saved schedules you can still open, edit, print and export everything — you simply cannot save new ones to the cloud until you are back under the limit.
Which features are still being built?
The rows marked “Planned” in the table above — AI auto-scheduling with full constraints, team members, premium templates and recurring schedules. Everything else works today. Subscribing gets you those features as they ship, at the price you signed up at.
