Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This page explains in plain language what data Schedcraft collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. This is general information and not a substitute for formal legal advice.
Schedules stay in your browser
By default, every schedule you create with Schedcraft is stored in your browser's localStorage — on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, locally stored schedules will be lost unless you have saved them to an account.
Optional account and cloud saving
You can use every Schedcraft tool without creating an account. Creating an account is entirely optional and exists only to let you save and sync your schedules across multiple devices. If you choose to create an account, we store:
- Your email address (used to identify your account and send account-related emails).
- The schedules you explicitly choose to save to the cloud.
We do not store payment information; there are no paid plans and no billing.
Analytics
We use Umami to understand which pages are visited and how the tools are used. Umami is a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics platform that does not collect personal data, does not build advertising profiles, and does not share data with third parties. No consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are used.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to any third party.
- We do not run advertising networks or behavioral tracking.
- We do not share your email or schedules with other services.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored schedules are under your own control; you can clear them at any time via your browser settings. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
