How do I add a class to the timetable?
First add a subject in the left-hand sidebar (it appears with a colour chip). Click the subject to select it, then click any empty cell in the weekly grid to place the class. You can click the cell again to add a room, teacher or change the colour.
Can I assign different rooms and teachers to each period?
Yes. Click any filled cell to open the edit popup, where you can enter or update the subject name, room number and teacher name independently for each slot.
Is there a limit to the number of subjects or classes?
There is no hard limit on subjects. The timetable grid supports up to 10 periods per day and up to 6 days (Mon–Sat). Each slot holds one class entry with optional room and teacher details.
How do I print or share the class schedule?
Click "Export PDF" in the top toolbar to download a print-ready PDF. The exported file hides all editing controls so your timetable displays cleanly. To share digitally, save to your account and share the link.
